What's bothering the woman is that she has a noisy roommate but she doesn't know what to do. If I were in her shoes, I will go and complain to housing office. First reason, if I change my room, I can lose my friends in my current room. Second, it's not fair. Because, she makes problem and it's not my faults. Clearly, I will go and complain to housing office.
