The lecturer gives a talk of paradox of choices. The lecturer says last night, he and his daughter went shopping to buy blue jeans. But his daughter has so many options so she couldn't buy any of it. The second story related is he and his wife ordering food and having hard times to make choices. Both instances are examples of how parodox of choices can be stressful. Both was end with unhappy situation because it was very stressful and burdensome.
